When can I check in?
Your room will be available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage securely on the premises.
What time is check-out on the day of departure?
We ask that you vacate your room by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible subject to availability and for an additional charge.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Depending on occupancy, we are happy to offer you an earlier check-in or a later check-out. We recommend arranging this with us in advance.
Can we store our luggage?
Of course. You can leave your luggage with us free of charge both before check-in and after check-out.
What is the best way to get to the Alpenresort Fluchthorn?
You can reach us easily by car or public transport. The nearest train station is in Landeck-Zams; from there, you can take a direct bus to Galtür.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Free parking spaces and garage spaces are available for our guests, subject to availability.

Yes, parking is included for our hotel guests.
Is there an electric vehicle charging point?
There are two charging points for electric vehicles available in our underground car park.
Do you need snow chains in winter?
Winter tyres are required during the cold season. Snow chains may be necessary in the event of heavy snowfall.

The Galtür mountain railways are approximately 2 km away, whilst the Silvrettabahn in Ischgl is around 10 km away.
