Arrivals and departures
The rooms are ready for you from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 18:00, please inform us briefly by telephone or e-mail. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am.
Surcharges and discounts
- Local tax: € 3,20 per person and night
- Short stay up to 3 nights: € 10,00 to € 15,00 per person and night
- New Year's Eve: € 30,00 per adult and € 15,00 per child
- Bed and breakfast: If you book your stay with bed and breakfast only, we offer a discount of € 15,00 per person/night in winter and € 8,00 per person/night in summer.
Children's discount in winter
with additional bed in the parents’ room, including gourmet half-board:
- 0 - 3 years: free stay
- 4 - 6 years: 70 % reduction
- 7 - 10 years: 50 % reduction
- 11 - 14 years: 30 % reduction
- from 15 years: 20 % reduction

Packages
Reduced ski pass prices apply for senior citizens and children. The listed packages are only valid for adults.
Bookings and cancellations
- Reservations and cancellations are only valid in writing - by fax/e-mail/by post.
- We will confirm your booking after we have received a deposit. Please make the deposit by bank transfer to our bank account: Volksbank Tirol AG IBAN: AT33 4239 0030 0000 9323 BIC: VBOE AT WINN.
- Deposits will be retained as a cancellation fee, except in the case of timely cancellation. In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge the room rate (minus meals). The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations (= Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions) apply. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
- Invoices can be paid in cash, with EC card, VISA or Mastercard.
General conditions
- Pets are only allowed in the double rooms Enzian/Alpin/Alpin Deluxe, single rooms Grand Lit and family rooms on request for a fee.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Small deviations in the plans possible, only schematic representation!
